Please Note that some of our Large Furniture or Made to Order Items can take slightly longer depending on the manufacturers lead time and your location within the UK. After you have placed your order you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order. For large furniture items we will contact you to confirm estimated delivery time and further details of the furniture courier delivery process.
We operate a 4 tier pricing structure for postage costs depending on the size and weight of your item. All postage charges are shown clearly in your basket at checkout once you have filled in your Shipping Address.

Free Collection From Us.
You will not be charged for delivery. You are able to collect from our showroom by prior agreement. At the checkout just select ‘Free Collection’ option. Once you have placed your order our customer service team will contact you by email or telephone to let you know when your products are ready for collection.
Furniture Delivery - On Day of Delivery
On the day of delivery the Delivery Driver will phone 1-2 hours ahead to advise that they will soon be with you. This will be a 1 or 2 man delivery, dependent upon the size and weight of your furniture. The Item will be placed in your room of choice up to the Second Floor only. Before the Delivery Driver leaves you will be asked to inspect your item and sign the delivery note that states you are happy with your item before the courier leaves the property.
Please allow yourself time to do this as we cannot accept any claims for damaged or faulty items after the delivery driver has left and the Item is now in your care.
Large Mirror Delivery
Due to the Fragile nature of mirrors We use a specialist Mirror Delivery Company to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We deliver to Mainland UK only. As most items can be handled by one person, this is a ‘one man’ delivery service. You will be contacted to confirm a delivery date to your postcode area.
The Item will be delivered to your Room of Choice on the Ground Floor. Delivery to Flats will normally be to the Ground Floor Main Entrance Only. A 10 Minute Window is then allowed for the customer to check the Item. Please be aware that for any Larger Items, someone will have to be available to assist the delivery driver.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
Furniture & Mirrors
All damages on large furniture items and mirrors must be checked and signed for before the furniture courier leaves your property. You will be asked to check your items while the courier is still at your property. Once your goods have been signed for and left at your property damages will no longer be accepted.
Please check all items on receipt of delivery. If an item has arrived damaged or faulty please inform us on the Same Day as delivery through the Contact Us page on our Website so that we can inform the couriers of damage that has been caused in transit. We will also require clear photographic evidence of any damage received.
For any damaged or faulty item’s we will either refund you in full or try to replace the item for you. We will contact you to discuss your requirements. All refunds will be made back to the original payment method used within 7 days.
Out of Stock Items
As our stock levels can change daily, if you would like to know for certain whether your product is in stock before placing your order online, please use the Contact Us Page on the website or telephone our Customer Services. If an item is unfortunately found to be Out of Stock we will notify you by email or telephone within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss your preferred options and delivery times. We can post your item as soon as it is back in stock, or alternatively we can issue you a refund if you do not wish to wait for the item to become available. Generally, where an order contains more than one item, all orders will be delivered at the same time once all items are available unless advised otherwise by yourself.
